Summer Camp Documents:

The Document Center has all of the forms, etc. needed for camp, including the following:

Parent Pak - Check-in time, packing list, camp address, etc.
Camper Health Form - This must be completed and brought with each camper to check-in.
Campership Fund Application - For those needing financial assistance. Please keep in mind that we do not have full scholarships.
Youth Camp Application - For those who prefer to mail in their application for camp
